Problem

Trace Construction Inc. is one of the fastest-growing luxury custom home builders in the rapidly expanding Nashville, TN area. While they have been happy with their branding and identity design, they had a dated website that needed a major update.

Insight

One of the problems facing Trace is that their old site didn't do a great job of showing off the thing they were known for, building incredible custom homes. When a visitor landed on the website they had to jump through multiple levels of navigation just to see previous homes they had built, and current homes they were in the process of building to sell. This created an above industry-standard bounce rate and in turn a much lower conversion rate than what they should be expecting.

Solution

We built a new website that puts the emphasis on what visitors were hoping to see, beautiful homes. With this new galley style site, it allows the user to easily find images that help them understand the luxury style that has helped Trace become one of the top home builders in Nashville.  We simplified the navigation, created more focused messaging that speaks to the heart of the brand and the intent of the audience they hope to attract, and increased the number of CTA's to help prospective clients reach out quickly without having to dig through pages.
